- Flat rate: $9.95 AUD.
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days for metro areas and 3–5 business days for rural areas.
- Subject to courier lead times.
- Express Shipping
- Flat rate: $11.95 AUD.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days for metro areas and 3–4 business days for rural areas.
- Subject to courier lead times.
- Free Express Shipping
- Available on all orders of $99 AUD or more.
- Delivery time: As per express shipping guidelines.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with no indication of the contents or sender’s details.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
- For lost or damaged parcels, contact us immediately at welcome@pleasurehaven.com.au so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
- If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the post office, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
